Dementation draws on the vampire's own insanity and uses it to achieve profound insights or inflict madness upon others. Dementation is a mental Discipline and will roll the user's Social stat vs the victim's Mental stat. The victim wins ties. It cannot affect Kindred who are 3 Generations or more lower than the user.
