As a loyal hound it is your duty to enforce The Traditions when they aren't being followed. Should you find a troublemaker, try to have them brought before the Prince for a ruling to be given.
There are no shortage of Kindred with too much arrogance or ambition to maintain the Masquerade and for the safety of Kindred at-large, they must be stopped before humanity discovers their existence at large.
You have several tools at your disposal to complete your job. Lockpicks for gaining entry, stakes for immobilizing unruly Kindred, and a special Masquerade Contract that you can use to view the location of anybody with a significant masquerade breach. If a perpetrator is unable to restore their masquerade back to 5/5 in a reasonable timeframe, ask the Sheriff or Prince for guidance on punishment.
