The Most Powerful Wizard in San Francisco
As Regent of the San Francisco Chantry, you are the one to guide the mystical research and efforts of the Tremere under you.
First things first, is to ensure that that the Tremere Pyramid is in order. Members of the Chantry should be blood bonded to you to ensure their loyalty to House Tremere, as is Tradition.
Any foolish Tremere that exist outside of the Chantry should also be blood bonded back into being loyal to the Pyramid before anything as ridiculous as handing them one of your arcane tomes. Even still, keep a close eye on these fellows as handing out the secrets of your blood magic is punishable by death a thousand times over.
